Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number or a DHL tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package online.
We are an Eco friendly company, we take all the necessary steps to be environmentally friendly which means we avoid wasting unnecessary raw material and energy supply to produce unsold goods that could pile-up in warehouses to at the end be destroyed because no one bought them. The downside of such process is our factories start to produce our goods only when your order is confirmed.
Therefore, please note that due to this process the delivery of your shipment might probably take a little bit longer than usual to reach your destination, however you will manage to track your order with the tracking number that we will deliver after shipment from our factories.

Can I change my delivery address after my purchase ?
Sorry but we cannot accept any change of delivery address due to logistic and insurance purposes so please make sure that your delivery address is correct when you order.
Please include your name, order number and the correct address for faster processing. We are not responsible for orders placed and shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. In the event your order has been Returned to Sender (RTS), due to missed multiple delivery attempts or incorrect address provided, we will contact you once we receive the package back and an additional shipping fee will be needed before it can be reshipped.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied of my order ?
Please note as merchant the last thing we want is to have our customers unsatisfied therefore if would appear to be unfortunately the case contact as soon as possible our customer service using our contact form on our website to express the reasons of your unsatisfaction. Note as principle rule we do not grant any refund but if it appears that you have all the legitimate reasons to be entitled to a refund we will have to deduct the non refundable shipping costs related to the shipment of your items.

Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of the order being completed. We can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes of your order being placed.Orders cannot be cancelled after this 15 minutes window.
